I was born in Dorset and have lived here my entire life. It is, in my opinion, one of the most wonderful places to live. There is so much beauty all around and I am so blessed to have been brought up here, and now feel so fortunate to be able to bring up a family of my own here.

 

​I have been interested in energetic therapies since I had my first kinesiology session when I was 21. I found the whole experience amazing and couldn't (back then) understand how you could gain so much information from muscle testing alone. I have since done several courses in energy therapies and I am always amazed at the results.  

 

I am a qualified Kinesiologist and Reiki Master and have also completed an Asyra Qest 4 Training course and a course in Neutral Space Relaxation.

​I work mainly by incorporating all of my therapies together as I feel that is what offers the most benefit. I also offer remote Asyra sessions for those who are unable to make it to my clinic in person.
I am passionate about helping people and I believe we can all heal ourselves with the right therapies and the right mindset.​​
